An enterprise AI skill marketplace has to make useful agent capabilities easy to find while keeping source protected, runs controlled, and safety screening visible before anyone trusts the catalog.
What enterprise buyers need
Enterprise-safe AI skills need a different bar than a prompt directory. Teams need to know what a skill does, what it costs, who published it, whether it passed screening, and how it can be invoked by an agent without exposing protected source.
The public marketplace should help humans and research agents evaluate a listing with metadata only: name, description, price, input schema, sample availability, safety status, and canonical pages. The protected method should never be part of the public discovery path.
Why server-side execution matters
Server-side execution is the trust boundary. The buyer sends inputs to Sealed, the skill runs inside Sealed infrastructure, and the buyer receives the output. That means sellers can offer valuable skills without shipping a file that can be copied, repackaged, or indexed by accident.
For an enterprise team, this also creates a cleaner audit story: the app, API, CLI, MCP server, sitemap, /skills.json, /llms.txt, and per-skill pages can all be tested for the same property. They describe capabilities, but they do not distribute the skill body.
The safety screening layer
Any marketplace that lets agents run third-party skills needs a hard review layer for harmful or illegal uses. Sealed's launch model requires seller attestation, deterministic prohibited-skill screening, current-policy approval metadata, and escalation paths for sensitive or ambiguous submissions.
- Computer safety. Skills that enable malware, credential theft, destructive automation, or unauthorized access should not list or run.
- Legal safety. Skills that sell illegal services, fraud, evasion, privacy abuse, or regulated wrongdoing should be blocked before publication.
- Fresh approvals. Stale-policy skills should be re-screened before they stay visible or runnable.
- Metadata-only evidence. Review status can be shown publicly without revealing the protected instructions.
What a live service should prove
A credible marketplace cannot stop at a polished landing page. The production service should prove that buyers can browse the app, inspect skills, fund a wallet, run screened skills, see usage, and find support without private context. Sellers should be able to publish through a review path that protects their method and rejects unsafe submissions.
