List a skill once. Keep 80% under the launch terms — printed here, not buried. Your skill is never shipped to a buyer and sits encrypted at rest on our cloud. If we ever wind down, your export and eligible payout path is defined. And a model-aware price floor means no skill is ever priced below what it costs to run.

You built something worth charging for. Most marketplaces make you choose between getting paid and keeping your IP — they hand the buyer your file and hope nobody copies it. Sealed doesn't. Your skill runs on our infrastructure; the buyer pays per call and receives only the result. Your method never leaves the box. Skills list in one of two shapes: Hosted, where the buyer sends inputs and gets output back, and Connected, where the skill works on files in the buyer's own project under a scope they approve — the more defensible kind, since the value is the doing, not a block of text they could keep. Repo README Writer is a Connected skill running live today. Hosted skills you can publish yourself today; Connected listings are hand-reviewed, so write to us to put one up. And your money moves on rails you can see: earnings accrue in your Sealed balance, and eligible cash-outs run through Stripe-hosted Connect to your bank.

You keep 80% under the launch terms.

On each successfully settled call, you earn the call price less a 20% platform fee. The fee is published on this page and applied uniformly — not negotiated per-seller, not tiered opaquely. Any change is prospective only, with advance notice to active sellers. No surprise haircut at payout.

Cash-out runs through Stripe.

Earnings accrue to your Sealed balance and cash out through a Stripe-hosted Connect account you own. Stripe does the identity checks and moves funds to your bank; Sealed keeps the internal ledger and can apply payout holds only for security, fraud, legal, payment-network, or dispute obligations. Payout timing, fees, and availability are Stripe's and any published Sealed limits — not undisclosed platform discretion.

Your skill is sealed. Execute-only.

Your skill — source, instructions, method, know-how — is your IP. Sealed gets a narrow operational license to host and execute it to fulfill paid calls, and nothing more:

• iEncrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) — never plaintext on disk.
• iiNever delivered to a buyer. Buyers receive output and effects only.
• iiiNever used to train a model. Never resold. Never repackaged.
• ivExecuted via our model provider. To run at all, your skill is sent to our model provider (Anthropic) as that run's system prompt — the one place outside Sealed it goes, and never to the buyer. Full detail on the privacy page.

If we wind down, your exit path is defined.

You can export your complete uploaded skill content at any time. If Sealed ever shuts down or exits the business: advance notice where reasonably possible, a full export of your skills made available, and eligible earned balances paid out through Stripe Connect subject to fraud, legal, tax, payment-network, and dispute requirements. No surviving license, no hostage-taking, no quiet deletion.

You're never underwater on a call.

Sealed runs your skill, so we pay the model and compute cost — and model-aware pricing sets a floor under each skill so the price always clears that cost. You can never be required to run a skill at a loss. Price freely at or above the floor. Buyers cover the payment-processing fee at top-up, so it never nibbles your 80%.

No forced platform indemnity.

You stand behind your own skill and content — that's fair. But you are not on the hook for failures of our infrastructure, our security, or our business. There is no blanket "indemnify the platform for everything" clause as the price of listing, and liability is balanced in posture — we don't cap our side at a token figure while leaving you fully exposed.
