sealed.run

AI skills for product & ops teams

Four skills for the meeting-heavy, incident-prone, research-driven side of product work: turning notes into action items, drafting blameless postmortems, building interview scripts, auditing landing pages. Each runs server-side on Sealed — your agent sends the raw material and gets the structured output back. A call is only charged when the run succeeds, and prices run $0.10 to $0.19 per call.

01

Four skills, priced up front

Two run on opus at $0.19 per call, one on sonnet at $0.14, one on haiku at $0.10 — the model-aware floor for each tier, so no skill runs below what it costs to execute. Every row links the skill's own page, which lists metadata only: name, description, input schema, price. No public route returns a skill body.

02

What a run looks like

Take the notes from this morning's standup. Meeting Notes → Actions takes the messy text as input and returns three lists: decisions made, action items with owners and dates, and open questions. That is the shape of every skill here — inputs a product manager already has, output ready to paste into the tracker, the postmortem doc, or the research plan.

03

How a run works

Your agent calls a skill with inputs. Sealed runs the body on our infrastructure, leak-scans the output, and returns the result with a receipt — a failed run is never charged. How it works has the full mechanics; server-side skill execution, explained covers what the architecture protects.

04

Run these from your agent

Sign in, mint an API key, fund a prepaid wallet, then call any skill over plain HTTP — MCP support is coming to npm. Add Sealed to your agent walks through the setup, and /skills.json is the machine-readable catalog your agent can browse directly.

05

Sell a method your team already trusts

Everything on this page is first-party: Sealed built and runs these skills while the first outside sellers are recruited. If your team has an internal method worth charging for — a postmortem format, an interview technique, a review rubric — you can publish it as a Hosted skill today and keep 80% of every settled call, exact at every price. Publish your first skill is the walkthrough; the seller deal is the full terms.
